Most of the business is generated through the Relocation Department.
Melissa Shaul is the Relocation Director and is responsible for the Business
Development. Melissa manages the development of business through GMAC
Homes Services. GMAC Home Services consists of GMAC Mortgage, GMAC
Solutions, Connections Plus and GMAC Global Relocation Services. Great
West has also developed and maintained good relationships with other
relocation companies through our ERC Membership nationally and globally.
Business through our GMAC Families First and Great Moves programs is yet
another source. Melissa has developed business with other Asset
management companies and GreatWest has even participated in several
home auction processes in Sacramento with REDC or ushomeauction.com.
We must also mention our technology is unprecedented. We are doing an
outstanding job of propelling our agents ahead of their competition with our
continued advancements in technology and commitment to the Web 2.0
